InstantQuote provides an AI-powered quote generation widget that service businesses can embed on their websites or share via link. The widget collects job details from end-users and generates itemized estimates using artificial intelligence. Leads and quote data are delivered to subscribers through an admin dashboard.
To use InstantQuote, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
Quotes generated by InstantQuote are estimates only and are not binding contracts, offers, or guarantees of final pricing. All quotes are clearly labeled as estimates. Actual pricing may differ based on on-site conditions, scope changes, or other factors identified during assessment. You are solely responsible for confirming final pricing with your customers before beginning any work. InstantQuote is not liable for any discrepancies between AI-generated estimates and actual costs.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to InstantQuote, including business information, pricing configurations, and customer leads. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
When end-users submit information through your InstantQuote widget, you are the data controller for that information. You are responsible for complying with all applicable privacy laws regarding the collection, storage, and use of end-user data. You agree to maintain a privacy policy that accurately describes how you handle customer data collected through the widget.
InstantQuote integrates with third-party services (Zapier, Jobber, Google Sheets, Slack, etc.) at your direction. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, terms, or functionality of third-party services. Your use of integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms.
The InstantQuote name, logo, widget design, and software are proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding, trademarks, or copyrighted materials without written permission, except for the "Powered by InstantQuote" badge displayed on your widget.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstantQuote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
InstantQuote is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated quotes will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access to InstantQuote at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Columbia County, New York.
