How do I install the widget on my website?+
After signing up, you'll be taken to a setup page where you configure your widget (business name, service type, colors, theme). On the final step, you'll get a block of HTML code. Copy it and paste it into your website using a Custom HTML block (WordPress), Code block (Squarespace), Embed element (Wix/Webflow), or directly into your page HTML. Step-by-step guides for each platform are included.
I don't have a website. Can I still use InstantQuote?+
Yes! Every InstantQuote widget comes with a unique shareable link and downloadable QR code. You can post the link on Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, Craigslist, or text it directly to potential customers. They click it and get your branded quote form instantly. No website required.
How accurate are the AI-generated quotes?+
Quotes are generated based on the job details submitted and local market data. They are labeled as estimates, not guaranteed prices. You can also use Preset Pricing mode to set your own exact rates for each service type, giving you full control over what the widget quotes. All quotes include a disclaimer that final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
You can cancel at any time by emailing
support@instantquoteapp.com. Your widget will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, the widget stops generating quotes. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation so you can export any leads or information you need.
Can I change my plan?+
Yes. Contact us at
support@instantquoteapp.com to upgrade or downgrade your plan. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Can I customize the widget to match my brand?+
Absolutely. During setup, you can choose your brand color, light or dark theme, rounded or sharp corners, and toggle the "Powered by" badge. The widget is designed to look like a natural part of your website.
What integrations are available?+
InstantQuote connects to 6,000+ apps through Zapier, including Jobber, HouseCall Pro, Google Sheets, Slack, Mailchimp, and Google Calendar. You can also configure direct webhooks to send lead data to any custom endpoint.
